We'd just like to say a huge thank you to our team of very hot and tired staff for your hard work over the bank holiday weekend. This heatwave is lovely when sitting in the beer garden with a cold beer but when working behind the bar in a low roofed building or cooking in a very small medieval designed kitchen with windows that don't open and no aircon or anywhere to fit it, it's a challenge. Thank you 👏👍👌
